Hybrid Timber-frame

Unique framing system allows the building to withstand hurricanes and earthquakes much better than other buildings. It is a complex engineering approach to the stability of the structure.

Lab-tested fastener pattern

We have tested our screw pattern and are confident that it performs according to the specified design loads. The siding will not withdraw from the building and tear the house apart.

Frame-bolted connections

The main structural units of the building are connected with bolts which hold them together. For example each roof truss is connected on each end to the wall columns.

Withdrawal anchors on the structural frame

All columns of the building are anchored into the ground deep enough to stay if the force of the wind tries to withdraw the building from the ground.

70 year structural columns

The building's main bearing units are the columns. They are made from wood which allows the building to be flexible during earthquakes. The pressure treatment allows them to last for generations.

Lateral wind load stabilizers

Special diagonal bracing keeps the structure from collapsing during lateral wind loads. It is engineered and applied in each wall and the roof system.

Steel skin diaphragm

Using the steel fascade is purposly designed from the practicality and stability standpoints. The steel skin holds the building together, not allowing it to collapse during hurricanes.

Pre-manufactured trusses

We manufacture the roof system components in our factory in the USA, controlling the quality and compactly fitting it in a container. Truss systems are one of the strongest roof structures.
